How to Backup Used Emails in MS Outlook?- Www.Office.Com/Setup

 Microsoft Outlook is the useful application of MS Office which is developed by Microsoft. MS Outlook includes functions like emails, personal calendars, group scheduling, task and contact management etc. This application is basically designed for the business or corporate users. Back up Your Outlook Auto-Complete List: - office.com/setup

Outlook basically keeps your data in a PST file, such as your email messages, contacts list, and calendar items. And the auto-complete list appears on your screen when you start typing a name or email address and it is stored in a hidden message. To backup your Auto-Complete list, first you have to check your Office version. Then you have to open Outlook and just go to File option and then click on Office Account (or Account) and after this, you should click on About Outlook. Here, you will see 64-bit or 32-bit which is listed at the top. Now, you have to close Outlook. Then you have to Download MFCMAPI. Here, there is 32-bit and a 64-bit version of MFCMAPI. You should download the one which perfect for your version of MS Office. Now, you have to Extract the MFCMAPI.exe file from the ZIP archive, and then you should open the EXE file. Here in MFCMAPI, you have to go to Session option and then click on Logon. Then you have to Select the Profile Name dropdown arrow and then just choose the desired profile like Outlook. Now you should select OK button.

After this, in the Display Name column, you have to double-click your Outlook email profile. Then in the viewer, you should select the arrow which is there on the left side of Root to expand it. Here, you have to expand IPM_SUBTREE. Now, you have to right-click on Inbox. Then you should select Open associated contents table. After this, you should go to the Subject section, and just right-click on IPM.Configuration.Autocomplete, and then you have to choose Export message option. Now in the Save Message To File window, you have to select the Format to save message dropdown arrow and then you should choose MSG file (UNICODE). After this, you have to select OK button. You should save the MSG file in a safe place and exit MFCMAPI and then just use Outlook normally.
