- File Block Settings:
In case, file block settings is enabled in your device then you will not be able to open the older MS Office files. So, you should first select the File. Then you should select Options which is at the bottom of the page. Then the Word Options or Excel Options window will open. Here, you have to select Trust Center which is in the left side of the screen. After this, you should select Trust Center Settings. Then you will see the Trust Center window will open.
