  1. Verify your firewall settings:

First you have to open the firewall settings. Then in the list of options, you have to check for exception list. Now you have to add Outlook Express or Outlook in this list so that you can fix this Outlook error code 0x800ccc0d.

  1. Repair the Outlook profile using scanPST.exe:

In this, first you have to find the folder where Outlook.exe file is stored. After this, find the inbox repair tool scanpst.exe and double click on it. This will fix the corruptions in the Outlook profile and also restore the data in the new folder. After this, you have to browse and then select the PST file which you want to repair and follow the instruction to repair it.
