How do you turn off the firewall

If you are using an Windows XP release version or are running Windows XP Service Pack 1 You should upgrade to a more recent Version as quickly as you can. The Service Packs that are available in these versions are no longer in use. Upgrade to the latest version. www.office.com/myaccount
