Translate Page on a Desktop Computer:

For this, you should open Chrome browser and then you have to go to a website which uses a different language. Here, you will view the dialog box which offers you to translate the page. You just have to click on Translate option and then you will see the page will reload in your language. If this process doesn't work, then you should right-click on a blank spot on the page and after this just click on "Translate” option.

Change Language Appears on Desktop Browser:

First, on the top right hand side of the Chrome browser, you should click on Settings option. After this, just scroll down and then click on Advanced option. Now, you have to click on Languages and then expand the Languages section which is located on the right side of the computer screen. Here, you should toggle the option which says, "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read." In case, you wish to change the default language on the browser permanently to another, then you have to click on Add Languages. After this, you should choose your new language and then click on Add option. Here, you should click on the three buttons (Settings) which is just next to the new language just choose if you want to display Chrome in that new language or you want to move it to the top of your list of languages.

Change Language On an iPhone or iPad:

You should open Chrome and then go to a website which uses a different language. Then at the bottom of the page, you can choose the language in which you want to translate the article into. In case, you want to change the language, then click on the gear icon (Settings) and after this just select the language. Now, in Settings, you should click on General option and then select Language & Region. After this, choose iPhone or iPad Language. Then it will ask whether you want to change the iPhone to that language permanently. In case, you want Chrome to translate an article into a different language, then click on the gear icon and after this, click on More Languages.

If in case, Chrome do not offer translation, then you should try to reload the page. Then also, if you don't see Translate, then may be the language is not available for translation. Here, you can manually request translation just by clicking on More and then hit on Translate. www.office.com/setup

On an Android Device:

You have to open Chrome and then just go to a website which uses a different language. At the bottom of the page, you have to choose the language in which you want to translate the article. For this, just click on the three vertical dots (Settings) just to access browser settings. Then, you have to click on Settings and then choose Languages. After this, you should click on Add Language. Here, you should toggle the button just to translate pages into other languages.
