Microsoft office 365 added a new feature to month, 17 December 2018. This allows users to reach more people, improve efficiency, and concentrate on the most important tasks.

Microsoft reveals which new feature users will receive.

Microsoft 365's new AI-powered features allow you to present presentations that are more accessible to a wider range of audiences and increase efficiency in your work flow.

Live captions & subtitles in Microsoft PowerPoint allow you to present more inclusively. This new feature powered by Microsoft AI allows you to reach all audiences with presentation captions and subtitles that appear in real time. You can make sure that your PowerPoint presentations are understood by all audiences, regardless of their hearing ability or language.

This feature will allow presenters to use 12 languages, and show captions or subtitles on-screen in any of the 60+ languages. This feature will be available to Office 365 subscribers around the world starting in January 2019 for PowerPoint on Windows 10, PowerPoint Online, and PowerPoint for Mac.

Microsoft Word automatically provides definitions for tricky acronyms - Using the Microsoft Graph, Microsoft AI suggest acronym definitions that are specific to your organization and you as you read documents.

This will make it easier to understand documents and keep the flow of your work clear. Click the Acronyms button under the References tab. This will launch the Acronyms panel and show you suggested definitions of acronyms.

This feature will be available in English for Office 365 subscribers. office.com/setup
