Way To Check If Window Firewall is Blocking a Port:

  1. Check your Firewall Settings:

First, you have to press Windows Key + R at the same time in order to open Run dialog box. Then, you have to write Control and then press OK button in order to open Control Panel. After this, you have to click on System and Security. Now, just scroll down and then open Administrative Tools. Here in the Administrative Tools window, you have to open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security. At this point, you have to click on Actions and then choose Properties. Next, you have to choose your preferred Profile (Domain, Private, Public). Then in the Logging section, you have to tap on the Customize button. After this, in the Log dropped packets field, you have to select on Yes option. Then in the name section, you should write the pfirewall.log path. Here, you should tap on OK button to save the changes. You need to open File Explorer and then visit to the path where you have saved the log file like this:

  1. Check for Blocked Port using the Command Prompt:

You need to write cmd in the search bar. Then, just right-click on the Command Prompt and then Run as Administrator. Now in the command prompt, you should write the command and tap on enter key.

Method to Check if Windows Firewall is Blocking a Program:
