Now, the list of information will display on your computer screen. At this point, you have to find the Physical Address and then just write it down. At last, just close Command Prompt.

You have to open the Network Connections window. Then, you need to locate your connection and just open its properties. Now, the Properties window opens up on screen and then taps on Configure. You have to press Windows Key + X together and then select Device Manager from the list. netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

  • Restart Your Modem:

To fix this issue, you should restart your modem. For this, you need to press the power button on your modem in order to turn it off.
