Method To Resolve Sleep Mode on Window 10:

  • Enable Balanced Power Scheme:

First, start up your PC starts up and then press Windows key and X button together. Then in the menu, you should click on Command Prompt as an Admin. At this point, you should restore all your power schemes to the default Windows State just by using this command: powercfg –restoredefaultschemes

After this, you should reboot the PC. Now, you have to click on the Search bar which is located on the right side of the screen and then click on Settings. After this, next to the plan which you have selected, you should check it should be Balanced, and then click on Change Plan settings which is located on the right side of the Balanced plan. Here, you should click on Changed advanced power settings. At this point, you should click on Change settings which are available currently. Now, you should Allow hybrid sleep in the window and set this feature to ON. After this, turn on the USB Selective suspend in the window also. At the end, reboot the computer. 

  • Leave HomeGroup:

You should launch Control Panel and then in the upper right side of the window, just next to View by you should select Small icons. Now, you should click on HomeGroup in the All control panel items window. Then, you should click on Leave HomeGroup. At the end, just reboot the PC. www.office.com/setup

  • Update Display Drivers:

You should go to Start, and then type device manager. After this, double-click on the result just to launch Device Manager. Now, you should locate your display driver and right-click on it. Then, you have to select Update driver. At last, Restart your computer and then check the issue solved or not.

  • Disable Network Connections:

First, you have to launch Control Panel. Then in the upper right side of the window, just next to View by you should select Small icons. Now, you should tap on Network and sharing center in the All control panel items window. At this point, you need to hit on Change adapter settings. Here, you should click on the adapters and then hit on Disable option. At last, just check if the PC go to sleep mode. If your PC goes to sleep mode goes to sleep mode then you should update the network adapter.

  • Unplug your USB Peripherals:

You should unplug any USB devices which are on your PC such as USB stick, printer etc. After unplugging, you should put your Windows 10 operating system to sleep mode and then check if it works.

  1. Run Power Troubleshooter:

For this, you should launch Control Panel and then type troubleshoot in the search bar and just select Troubleshooting. After this, you should click on View all just to list all the troubleshooters. Here, you should select Power and then follow the instructions to launch the tool.
